Packaging format
Colour box for retail shelf presence, OPP bag where cost matters more than display. Most SKUs are quoted either way.

Artwork
We supply the dieline; you supply print-ready artwork including your barcode and any market-required text.

Cartoning
Carton quantity, gross weight and dimensions are confirmed on the packing list before production ends.

Booking
FOB Shenzhen is standard. Your forwarder collects; we hand over documents against the agreed terms.

Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and the certificates that exist for the SKU travel with the shipment.

What are your export terms?
FOB Shenzhen is standard across the range. Other terms can be quoted on request.
Can you mix several SKUs in one shipment?
Yes. Buyers routinely combine feeding, bedding and safety SKUs in one order, which is the main reason to buy the ranges from one supplier.
Do you supply barcodes?
You supply your own barcode in the artwork. We print what is in the approved file.
What is the standard lead time?
30 days on most SKUs, from approved artwork and a signed sample.
What payment terms are available?
L/C or T/T, confirmed on the proforma invoice for each order.
Can you ship samples before the order?
Yes. Sample cost and courier are quoted separately and are usually credited against a following production order.
