Use Guide
- Fill each cavity with puree, breast milk, or yogurt up to the rim
- Close the lid and press gently to ensure the seal is tight
- Place in freezer for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen
- Remove by gently flexing the silicone tray to release the balls
- Wash in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher; do not use in microwave or on direct heat
