How long is production?
Delivery time is 30 days, FOB Shenzhen. Confirm artwork and a signed sample before the clock starts.
Can we change the colour of the silicone or PP base?
Yes, colour changes are possible based on existing tooling. Three colourways are already tooled; custom colours require approval and may affect lead time.
Is the silicone BPA-free?
Yes. The silicone cup is BPA-free and food-grade. The PP base is also BPA-free and food contact approved.
Can it be sterilised?
It is safe for boiling and steam sterilisation, but must not exceed 80 C / 176 F. We recommend hand washing with mild detergent for daily cleaning.
What are the payment terms?
