Mixed Container Loading
A mixed container is an arithmetic problem, not a negotiation. This page explains how we build one: which items fill volume, which fill weight, and why the loading figures on every item page exist in the first place.
How This Runs Step By Step
The Commercial Detail
- Every item page publishes the master carton size, pieces per carton and the 20FT, 40GP and 40HQ loading quantity
- Minimum is 3000 pcs per design per item and not less than US$5,000 per item
- FOB Shantou above 25 CBM; below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge
- FOB Shenzhen adds a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port
- Changing a master carton size or adding an inner box changes the loading figures and is quoted separately
- We tell you when a load is under filled rather than shipping air

Questions About Mixed Container Loading
How accurate are the published loading figures?
They come from the packing specification for each item. If a carton is changed for your order the figures change with it and we reissue them.
Can I ship less than a container?
Yes. Below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge rather than FOB.
Will you tell me if my order does not fill the container?
Yes, and we will suggest deep nesting items to fill the gap rather than letting you pay for empty volume.
What is your minimum order quantity?
3000 pcs per design per item, and not less than US$5,000 per item. A mixed order of several items is normal and is the usual way a first container is put together.
What are your price terms?
FOB Shantou for orders above 25 CBM. For LCL or FCL below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge. If you need FOB Shenzhen there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port. Quotations are valid for one month.
