Price And Validity

• The unit price does not include any OEM printing cost.
• A price is valid for one month after you receive the quotation.

Price Terms

• FOB Shantou for more than 25 CBM.
• LCL or FCL less than 25 CBM: Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge.
• If FOB Shenzhen is required there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port.

Minimum Order Quantity And Amount

• 3000 pcs per design per item.
• Not less than US$5,000 per item.

Delivery

• Within 30 to 40 days after all the details are confirmed, for one 20GP.

Payment Terms

• All set up costs and sample fees: 100% T/T in advance.
• If the amount is less than US$50,000, either 30% deposit with the balance before shipment when the buyer nominates the forwarder, or 30% deposit with the balance after shipment when the forwarder is the supplier's or against a Marine Bill of Lading.

Printing: Heat Transfer Decal

• Decoration is heat transfer decal printing in CMYK.
• Our quotation includes the set up cost, covering CMYK plus two white bases and glue, and the decal cost charged by square metre.
• A processing fee applies when the printing quantity is less than 1000 square metres in one run.
• If a decal has to be sample printed in advance there is an additional process fee of US$200 each time.
• Heat transfer decals can only be confirmed by paper proof before the plate is set up, and the set up cost cannot be refunded after the paper proof is confirmed.
• Usually several designs can be combined into one plate, which the supplier confirms first.
• Decal set up time is 10 to 15 days.

Printing: Silk Printing

• Silk printing may be charged according to colour, one by one.
• Normally one to two colour logo printing is acceptable. Big size or full colour printing will not be considered.

Plastic Sampling

• Free plastic colour chips according to your designated PANTONE colour can be supplied.
• If the whole product must be made as a sample in advance, the sampling cost is US$200.

Packing

• OPP bags or shrink wrap, without printing.
• Printed OPP bags or header bags are charged additionally.

Master Carton

• 5-layer corrugated cardboard.
• Master carton quantity is based on the factory's standard.
• If the quantity or the material of the master carton is changed, or an inner box is added, there is an additional cost to be confirmed in advance.

Sticker And Instruction Sheet

• The factory quotation includes a 1C sticker or a 1C instruction sheet.
• Colour stickers, hang tags and colour instruction sheets are charged additionally.
