Account details are only ever issued on a proforma invoice from an address ending in stncplastic.com. If you receive bank details from any other address, call +86-754-8886 3452 before transferring anything.

Do you have an enquiry form?
No. We use WhatsApp and email only. A form adds a step and loses attachments, and buyers send drawings, item lists and artwork that belong in an email thread.
Which address should samples be sent to?
Send samples and drawings to the Shantou office address. Tell us by WhatsApp or email when they are on the way so we can match them to your enquiry.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 18:00 China Standard Time, UTC+8. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
What is your minimum order quantity?
3000 pcs per design per item, and not less than US$5,000 per item. A mixed order of several items is normal and is the usual way a first container is put together.
What are your price terms?
FOB Shantou for orders above 25 CBM. For LCL or FCL below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge. If you need FOB Shenzhen there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port. Quotations are valid for one month.
