Supermarket And Hypermarket Chains
Supermarket and hypermarket buyers are filling a planogram, not buying a product. The problem is almost never finding a lunch box, it is finding a lunch box, a bowl, a bin and a hanger that look like they belong to the same range and arrive in the same container.
What Goes Wrong In This Channel
- A shelf assembled from four suppliers arrives in four different whites
- Carton figures that do not match reality break a promotional load plan
- One supplier runs late and the whole end cap misses its date
- Retail packing changes between production runs and the shelf looks inconsistent
What Has To Be True Instead
- A size ladder within each category so the shelf reads as a designed range
- Colour matched to a single PANTONE reference across several categories
- Carton and loading data early enough to plan the container
- One production window for the whole programme
Twelve Categories That Fit This Channel
Chosen from the 76 categories in the catalogue because they answer the pain points above, not because they are the cheapest to make.

Questions From This Channel
Can several categories be produced in the same colour?
Yes. That is the normal case for a retail programme. We hold one PANTONE reference across the whole order and send free colour chips for approval before production starts.
Can you hold stock for a phased delivery?
We produce to order rather than holding finished stock. If you need phased delivery, tell us the schedule at quotation stage so it is built into the production plan.
What is your minimum order quantity?
3000 pcs per design per item, and not less than US$5,000 per item. A mixed order of several items is normal and is the usual way a first container is put together.
What are your price terms?
FOB Shantou for orders above 25 CBM. For LCL or FCL below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge. If you need FOB Shenzhen there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port. Quotations are valid for one month.
How long is production?
30 to 40 days after all details are confirmed, for one 20GP. Decal plate set up adds 10 to 15 days and runs in parallel where possible.
