How This Item Is Made And Finished
- Food grade polypropylene unless the item page states otherwise. Colour moulded to your PANTONE reference.
- Heat transfer decal printing in CMYK for full colour artwork, confirmed on a paper proof before the plate is set up. Decal plate set up takes 10 to 15 days.
- Silk printing charged colour by colour. One to two colour logos are the normal case; large or full colour silk printing is not considered.
- Packed in OPP bag or shrink wrap without printing as standard. Printed OPP or header bags are charged additionally.
- 5-layer corrugated master carton. Changing carton quantity or material, or adding an inner box, is quoted separately.

What are your price terms?
FOB Shantou for orders above 25 CBM. For LCL or FCL below 25 CBM the term is Ex-work Shantou plus handling charge. If you need FOB Shenzhen there is a transport fee of US$600 per container from the factory to Shenzhen port. Quotations are valid for one month.
How long is production?
30 to 40 days after all details are confirmed, for one 20GP. Decal plate set up adds 10 to 15 days and runs in parallel where possible.
What are your payment terms?
All set up costs and sample fees are 100% T/T in advance. For orders under US$50,000 we work on 30% deposit with the balance before shipment if you nominate the forwarder, or 30% deposit with the balance after shipment against a Marine Bill of Lading when the forwarder is ours.
