Comparison
32 mm replaces a pair of 20 mm runs on shared routes and costs less to clip and label than two pipes. Where the cable is genuinely large, move to 40 mm rather than forcing a 32 mm bore.
Use Guide
- Check clip centres: a loaded 32 mm run is heavy enough to sag between wide fixings
- Use a 32 mm spring and form the bend in a steady sweep, not a sharp pull
- Allow a straight section either side of a bend for the coupling to seat
- Label circuits at both ends before the cover trades close the route

Can 32 mm really be bent by hand?
With the cold bending grade and the matching spring, yes. Larger diameters need a steadier sweep, but the range is still 5 to 180 degrees.
Which grade for a buried run?
Rigid, joined with solvent cement, with the ends capped before the pour.
Is there a heavier wall version?
Wall thickness can be quoted to your standard as an ODM item; tell us the specification you need to meet.
How is the price quoted?
Per metre against a container volume, on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms.
What is the production time for a full container?
Generally 7 to 15 days after the advance payment, with 5 to 10 days to finish loading one high cube.
