Comparison
16 mm against 20 mm is a straight trade: 16 mm is cheaper and easier to hide, 20 mm pulls easier and leaves room for a second circuit. Buildings that will be extended or rewired tend to justify 20 mm; volume housing usually does not.

- Set the run out before fixing so bends fall where the structure allows them
- Bend cold over a 16 mm spring positioned under the whole arc
- Keep the draw wire moving as the conduit is fixed rather than pulling a long run at the end
- Seal open ends before plastering so screed does not enter the bore

How many wires fit in 16 mm conduit?
It depends on the conductor size and your local wiring rules. Send us the cable you intend to pull and we will confirm from the specification sheet.
Is the rigid or the cold bending grade better for ceilings?
Cold bending, because ceiling runs change direction often and each bend made from pipe removes an elbow.
Do you print the size on the pipe?
Yes, the diameter and wall thickness are printed on the pipe, and OEM printing is available.
What are the payment terms?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before delivery, with photos of the packed goods before the balance.
