Questions About Transfer Pipettes
Can you hold a specified draw volume?
Volume follows bulb and stem geometry, both of which we cut in our own tool room. We sample every cavity for volume before releasing the tool.
Is the tip trimmed after molding?
No. The opening is formed in the cavity, which is why the tip does not burr.
Do you mold these in the clean room?
Yes. Anything touching a sample runs in the ISO 8 clean room and is packed there.
