Do you leak test containers?
Yes. Water tightness testing on assembled container and closure pairs is documented work for us, and one of our customer projects covers exactly this.
Can you mold the cap as well?
Yes, and it is the sensible route. A container and a cap toleranced separately are two tolerance stacks meeting for the first time at your filling line.
Are containers supplied sterile?
No. They are molded and packed in a clean room and ship non sterile.
