The reusable SpO2 range is grouped under 23 monitor brands, including Philips, GE-Marquette, Nihon Kohden, Nellcor, Masimo, Mindray, Datex, Ohmeda, Siemens, Spacelabs and BCI. Send your monitor model and we confirm the match before you order.
Do you sell to distributors as well as hospitals?
Yes. Ronseda has sold through distributors and dealers since 2003 and now supplies more than 100 countries. Mixed lines consolidate into one shipment, and OEM or ODM labelling is available.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
FOB Shenzhen; CFR or CIF quoted on request. 100% T/T in advance or Western Union preferred; irrevocable L/C at sight accepted. Shipment is arranged within one week of cleared payment when the item is in stock, by DHL, UPS, FedEx or a courier you nominate.
What warranty do you give?
18 months from shipment on equipment and 12 months on accessories. Returns are accepted for quality reasons within the warranty period, excluding misuse, negligence or accident.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are available once sample charges are received, and for accessories the sample charge is refunded when the order is confirmed.
Do you manufacture under our brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM services are available according to customer requirements, including customer labelling, packaging and specified connectors or cable lengths on accessory lines.
