- Step 3QuoteEquipment and first-fill consumables are quoted on one document, FOB Shenzhen with CFR or CIF on request.
- Step 4Confirm power and standardsMains voltage, plug standard and paper or reagent supply are confirmed against local availability before the order.
- Step 5ShipShipment is arranged within one week of cleared payment when items are in stock.
- Step 6CommissionManuals and operating instructions ship with the equipment; serial numbers and shipment dates are recorded against the warranty period.
- Step 7SupportEquipment carries 18 months of warranty from shipment; spares and consumables reorder against the same part numbers.

How long does an order take?
Stock items ship within one week of cleared payment. Made-to-order and OEM builds are scheduled against the specification and quantity, and the lead time is confirmed on the quotation.
What payment terms apply?
100% T/T in advance or Western Union preferred; irrevocable L/C at sight accepted
What warranty applies?
18 months from shipment on equipment and 12 months on accessories, with returns accepted for quality reasons inside that period.
