From Enquiry To Delivery
- Step 1IdentifySend the monitor make and model, or a photograph of the socket and of the part being replaced. Worn model markings are normal and a photograph is usually enough.
- Step 2ConfirmWe match the request against the published compatibility list for the part and confirm fit in writing before quoting. Where the fit is uncertain we say so rather than shipping and hoping.
- Step 3QuotePricing is quoted FOB Shenzhen, with CFR or CIF on request. Mixed part numbers consolidate onto one quotation.
- Step 4SampleSamples are available once sample charges are received. For accessories the sample charge is refunded when the order is confirmed.
- Step 5Produce and inspectProduction runs under the factory quality control system and every shipment is inspected before it leaves.
- Step 6ShipStock items ship within one week of cleared payment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or a courier you nominate.
- Step 7SupportAccessories carry 12 months of warranty from shipment, with returns accepted for quality reasons inside that period.
