From Enquiry To Delivery
- Step 1DefineSend the part or product to be based on, the labelling and packaging you need, and the annual quantity you expect.
- Step 2SpecifyAccessory lines can be built to a specified connector, cable length or colour. Equipment lines are configured from the options the platform already supports.
- Step 3QuotePricing is quoted against the specification and quantity, FOB Shenzhen unless another basis is requested.
- Step 4SampleA sample is produced for approval before series production. Sample charges apply and are refunded on accessory orders when the order is confirmed.
- Step 5ApproveArtwork, labelling and packaging are approved in writing before the production run begins.
- Step 6ProduceSeries production runs under the same quality control system as the standard catalogue.
- Step 7DeliverShipment is arranged by the courier or forwarder you nominate, with export documentation prepared in Shenzhen.

What payment terms apply?
100% T/T in advance or Western Union preferred; irrevocable L/C at sight accepted
What warranty applies?
18 months from shipment on equipment and 12 months on accessories, with returns accepted for quality reasons inside that period.
