Send model numbers, not descriptions
Every product on this site has a model number from the source catalogue. Quoting by model removes most of the ambiguity from a first enquiry.
Ask for a sample on anything own-brand
A sample is cheap compared with a container of a product that is the wrong colour or the wrong size.
Agree the packing before the price
Packing method decides the container quantity, which decides the landed cost. A price without a packing method is not comparable.
Build the order around depth
A few models in useful quantity tells you far more than thirty models one pallet at a time.
Include first spares
Order the replacement wheels alongside the carts. The first spare needed is always the one nobody ordered.
Write down what you will check
Agree the inspection points before shipment rather than raising them afterwards.

How do I ask for a quotation?
Send the model numbers from the product pages, the quantity for each, your destination port or market, and your company name and email. The contact page lists exactly what to include.
Can I get a sample before ordering?

Should the first order include spare parts?
