How do you ensure the anodized colour matches our existing product?
Send a physical sample or a painted chip. We anodize a test piece against it and return a sample for your approval before production begins.
Can we approve the colour before the full production run?
Yes. A sample is produced and sent for approval using your provided colour reference. Production only starts after approval is confirmed.
Why is the minimum order quantity quoted per colour?
The anodizing line runs one colour at a time. Each colour change requires a new setup, so MOQ is defined per colour to maintain process efficiency.
Are the atomizers supplied assembled or as loose components?
They are supplied assembled with the collar and pump. If your filling line crimps the pump, we can supply shells only upon request.
Can we print our logo on the anodized shell?
Yes. The straight cylindrical surface is suitable for pad printing and hot stamping. Send vector artwork and we will produce a print sample for approval.
How are the goods packed for export?
Each SKU has a fixed inner-box count and export carton count, both stated on the product page. Cartons are marked to your instruction if required.
