Each sprayer starts with a pump and is paired with a shell made from aluminium or plastic, shaped through cold extrusion or injection molding. The shell is then finished with anodizing, UV coating, or printing before final assembly. Because all processes happen in-house, colour and finish are controlled from start to finish. Perfume Sprayer Questions
How do you match a colour we already use?
Send a physical part or a painted chip. We produce a sample using the same process and send it for approval before production begins.
Why is the minimum order quantity quoted per colour?
The anodizing line runs one colour at a time. Splitting a run across colours requires a new setup, so the quantity is quoted per colour.
Can we approve the finish before production starts?
Yes. We produce a physical sample using your approved colour and finish, and send it for your sign-off before any bulk production.
Are the pumps included in the sprayer?
The sprayers are normally supplied assembled with the pump. If your filling line crimps pumps separately, we can supply shells only.
How are the sprayers packed for export?
Each SKU has a fixed inner-box count and export carton count, both quoted on request. Cartons are marked to your instruction if needed.
Can we print our logo on the sprayer?
Yes. The shell surface supports pad printing and hot stamping. Send vector artwork and we will produce a print sample for approval.
