This service matches a submitted colour reference on the anodizing line for aluminium parts and on the UV coating line for plastic parts, ensuring consistent colour across sizes in a product family. The finish is applied in-house using controlled processes that lock the colour into the surface. For both materials, the finish is applied after shaping and before final assembly. The goal is to deliver a uniform visual identity across multiple SKUs, especially when different sizes share the same closure or design language.
What Happens At Each Stage
Submit a physical colour reference
A screen colour or digital swatch does not match the real surface finish under retail lighting.
Send a physical sample, paint chip, or anodized part from your current supplier. We use it as the benchmark for matching.
Create a colour sample
The final colour may shift during production if not verified early.
We produce a sample using the specified process—either anodizing for aluminium or UV coating for plastic—and send it for approval before full production.
Apply finish to production parts
Different sizes or batches may show colour variation when finished separately.
All parts in a family are finished in the same batch under the same conditions to maintain consistency.
Print logo in the designated area
Logo placement is unclear or conflicts with structural features.
We identify the ideal zone for pad printing or hot stamping based on the part’s shape and function. Common areas include the flat cylinder wall or the top edge of the cap.
Verify final finish before packing
Colour drift or print misalignment can go unnoticed until shipment.
Each batch is checked against the approved sample before packing. Any deviation triggers a review.

Can you match a colour from another supplier?

Where can I place a logo on the atomizer or jar?
On aluminium atomizers, the flat cylinder wall is ideal for pad printing or hot stamping. On plastic parts, the same area works well. The cap edge or base may also be used if the design allows.
What printing methods do you use for logos?
We use pad printing for curved or irregular surfaces and hot stamping for metallic or high-contrast effects. Both are applied after the finish is cured.
