What We Make
Aluminium and plastic perfume atomizers, perfume sprayers, cream jars, lotion and PETG bottles, sprayer bottles and the caps, collars and pumps that go with them. The factory holds close to 500 kinds of products across five series. This site lists the 70 catalogue SKUs we can document today, grouped the way the factory groups them.

Fragrance houses adding travel and sampling formats, cosmetic and skincare brands that need a family of containers to match, private label fillers and contract packers buying empty packaging by the carton, and travel retail and promotional buyers working to a fixed unit cost. What Problem We Solve
Packaging programmes fail on three things: colour that drifts between sizes and between runs, components that do not fit the pump you already use, and packing data that arrives too late to cost the freight. Because extrusion, anodizing, moulding, coating, printing and assembly all sit on our own lines, those three answers come from one place instead of four sub-suppliers.
Why Buyers Stay With Us
The factory has run since 2001 on a 28000 square metre site with over 300 staff and eight production lines, including the oxidation, injection and UV coating lines. That means the tooling, the colour approval and the carton plan are all ours to fix when something needs fixing.

Eight Production Lines Under One Roof
Each step below runs inside the plant. That is why a colour approval, a tooling change and a packing instruction are settled in one conversation.
Cold Extruding Metal
Aluminium shells are drawn on our own extrusion line, which is where wall thickness and the shoulder profile are set.
Aluminium Oxidizing
Anodizing puts colour into the metal surface instead of onto it, so cap edges and band seams survive a long sea leg.
Injection Molding
Pump bodies, collars, caps and the plastic atomizer range are moulded in house on the injection lines.
UV Coating
The UV coating line finishes plastic parts and is how a plastic component is matched to an anodized metal one.
Blow Molding
Bottle bodies in the PETG and lotion ranges are blown rather than moulded solid.
Mould Manufacturing
Tooling is cut in house, so a new shape or a change to an existing tool does not route through a third party.
Printing
Pad printing and hot stamping are applied to straight walled parts before assembly.
Assembling
Collar, pump and cap are fitted and function checked, then counted into inner boxes and export cartons.

What is the minimum order quantity?
It is quoted per colour, because the anodizing and coating lines are set up for one colour at a time. Send the SKU code and the colour you want and we will confirm the quantity for that item.
Do you supply the packaging filled?
No. We manufacture and supply empty packaging. Filling is done by your own filler or contract packer.
Can you match a colour we already use?
Send a physical part or a painted chip rather than a screen colour. We produce an anodized or coated sample against it and send that for approval before the production run.
Which products can you show packing data for?
Fourteen SKUs in the aluminium atomizer range carry published inner box, carton and material data on their product pages. For every other SKU the sheet is sent on request.
Do you own your tooling?
Mould manufacturing is one of the eight in house production lines, so new shapes and changes to existing tools are cut in our own plant.
How do I start a project?
Email the SKU code, a reference sample or a drawing, the quantity you expect and the destination country. That is enough for a first quotation without a second round of questions.
