The Factory
The plant covers 28000 square meters and employs over 300 people across eight production lines. Those lines cover cold extruding metal, aluminium oxidizing, injection molding, UV coating, blow molding, mould manufacturing, printing and assembling. The company equipped international and domestic leading oxidation, injection and UV coating product lines. Keeping all eight steps on one site is the reason a colour approval, a tooling change and a packing instruction can be settled in one conversation rather than three.
The Range
The factory holds close to 500 kinds of products in five series. This website documents the 70 SKUs that appear in our export catalogue, grouped as perfume sprayers and atomizers, cream jars, sprayer, lotion and PETG bottles, and mixed cosmetic packaging. Where a SKU has published packing data we show it as a table. Where it does not, the page says so and asks you to request the sheet rather than guessing.
Where We Ship
Customers are in Europe, America and Japan. Goods leave as marked export cartons with a stated inner box count and carton count, so a freight forwarder can plan a load without waiting for a second email.
How We Work With Buyers
Most projects start with a reference: a physical sample, a drawing, or a colour chip. We check it against tooling we already own, tell you honestly whether a new mould is needed, and make a sample for approval before any production run starts. Nothing goes into production on a verbal colour description.
