OEM and Private Label Packaging
This service takes a buyer from a reference sample or technical drawing to packed export cartons, using the factory's in-house processes. All stages—cold extruding metal, aluminum oxidizing (anodizing), injection molding, UV coating, blow molding, mold manufacturing, printing, and assembling—are managed internally. The process ensures consistency from prototype to production, with colour and finish approved against a physical reference before any run begins. This approach supports OEM and private-label brands needing custom packaging with full control over design, material, and finish.
What Happens At Each Stage
Initial Reference Submission
A buyer has a sample or drawing but no production-ready files.
We review the reference and provide a technical assessment, identifying any design or manufacturing constraints before moving forward.
Material and Finish Selection
The buyer needs a specific colour or surface finish but lacks a reference for approval.
We produce an anodized sample using the buyer's requested colour and send it for approval before any production.
Prototype Development
The design must be tested for fit, function, and visual accuracy before mass production.
We build a prototype using the same processes as production—cold extrusion, anodizing, printing, and assembly—to verify the final look and performance.
Production and Assembly
The buyer wants a consistent, high-quality product across a full order without relying on external suppliers.
All components are produced and assembled in-house using the factory's own lines, ensuring full traceability and quality control.
Packing and Export Preparation
The buyer needs a clear carton plan to load a container without part cartons.
Each SKU is quoted with an inner-box count and export carton count. Cartons are packed to the agreed plan and marked as required.
Final Review and Shipment
The buyer needs confirmation that the final goods match the approved sample.
We send a final sample from the production run for approval before shipment. The goods are then packed and shipped as export cartons.

How do you match a colour from a physical sample?
Send a physical part or a painted chip. We anodize a sample to match it and send that for approval before production begins.
Can you approve the colour before starting production?
Yes. We produce a sample using the requested anodizing process and send it for approval. Production only starts after approval.
Is the anodizing done in-house?
Yes. The factory runs its own anodizing (oxidizing) line, allowing full control over colour, finish, and consistency.
What if the sample is not a metal part?
We can still match the finish and colour using the same anodizing process on metal, or use UV coating or printing on plastic, depending on the material.
Are the inner-box and carton counts fixed?
Each SKU is quoted with an inner-box count and export carton count. These are fixed and stated on the product page.
Do you supply filled packaging?
No. We supply empty packaging only. Filling is done by the buyer or their contract packer.
