The screen was built on Block Series cabinets from the MSR-OFB-10 model with a solid metal cabinet design offering fine heat extraction performance. The cabinets are designed for rear service but allow full front access for module replacement and maintenance. The 3.076/4/5/6.67/8/10mm pixel pitch options allow matching the source resolution to the display size. The 320x160mm module size enables precise alignment across the wall.

Cabinets were packed with spare modules, receiving cards, and power supplies to ensure the site crew had field spares immediately upon delivery, avoiding delays from second shipments.

Quality Control

Modules passed soldering inspection and an ageing test. Cabinets were assembled and built into a wall in the factory for a screen installation test and a screen ageing test, ensuring brightness and colour consistency across all cabinets before shipment.
