Approve the Tile in Your Hand Not on a Screen
Almost every tile complaint traces back to a colour decision made from an image. The fix is unglamorous: get a physical piece in front of the person who signs off, and keep that piece as the reference for everything that follows.
How It Actually Runs
Five stages, in the order they happen, with the decisions that belong at each one.
Send the shortlist
Give us series names, the format you need, or a photograph of something similar. If you only have a reference image, say what the tile is for — pool waterline, shower wall, outdoor deck — because that narrows material before colour.
Samples out
We send physical samples of the exact series and colour. For a large lay-up we also photograph the corresponding showroom panel so you can see how the colour reads across a wall rather than across one chip.
Check it wet and lit
Glass and gloss ceramic change under water and under artificial light. Look at the sample in the condition the tile will live in before approving.
Approval on file
The approved sample becomes the reference for the order. Repeat orders are checked against it, which is how we catch batch drift before it reaches a pallet.
Order and consolidation
Once approved, the item joins the packing list with the rest of your order and ships as one consignment from Foshan.

Sampling and Colour Approval — Questions
How long does sampling take?
It depends on whether the series is in stock in Foshan and where the samples are going. Ask when you send the shortlist and we will give you a date rather than a range.
Do samples come from the same stock as the order?
For running series held in Foshan, yes. For a custom blend the sample is produced first and the order is matched to it after approval.
Can you photograph a full panel instead of sending a chip?
Yes. Many series are laid up as full panels in our showroom, and photographing the panel is often more useful than a loose sample when a client is judging a whole wall.
Start With Sampling and Colour Approval
One e-mail with the reference, the quantities or the drawing is enough to begin. We will tell you what is realistic before anything is committed.
