A Tile Supplier Built Around Samples Showroom and Consolidation
LSDECO is the brand of Lands Building Material Co Ltd, based at 1203 Taonan Road in Foshan, Guangdong — the tile and sanitary ware cluster that most imported mosaic passes through. We publish 242 catalogue items across glass mosaic, pool mosaic, porcelain, ceramic, marble and custom work, and we keep the samples for them in a showroom buyers can walk through.
What We Do
We select, sample, consolidate and export tile. That means a buyer works with one contact for a pool waterline mosaic, the porcelain paver around the deck and the ceramic wall tile in the plant room, instead of running three separate factory relationships for one project.
Showroom: series are laid up as full panels rather than shown as loose chips.
Our Showroom
Many of the panels in the showroom were laid up by our own colleagues, and a number of the series were developed with our designer Miss Lee for pool waterlines, spas and accent walls. Samples are posted up as full panels rather than loose chips, because a 25 mm chip in the hand tells you very little about how a wall reads at three metres. The showroom is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:00.

Exhibitions
We exhibit our new ranges each season, and the stand is where most of our long-running customers first saw a panel in person. If you are visiting a Guangdong fair, tell us in advance and we will have the series you are considering laid out when you arrive.
