Waterline runs are calculated in linear metres and then ordered in sheets, and the conversion is where most shortages start. We list the sheet size for every pool item so the take-off can be checked before the order, and we hold running pool series in Foshan so a top-up is a shipping question rather than a production question.

Can I order a partial pallet of waterline mosaic?
Most running pool series carry a one-pallet entry MOQ, and because stock for those series is held in Foshan a partial pallet can usually be consolidated with other lines in the same container. Send the series name and the linear metres and we will confirm what is available.
Do you publish the sheet size for pool mosaic?
Yes. Every pool product page shows the chip size and, where the original specification gave one, the sheet size — for example a 6" x 6" tile supplied on a 12" x 12" sheet. Use the sheet dimension for take-offs, not the chip dimension.
How do I match a repeat order to a pool built two years ago?
Send the series name and, if you have it, the colour name from the original order, plus a photograph of the existing waterline. We check a current sample against the reference before confirming, because glass and ceramic colours do drift between firings.
