Pool surrounds and spa floors need a surface specified as non-slip, not merely described as textured. Items we publish with a non-slip surface say so on the product page; where the original specification did not state a rating we mark it as to be confirmed rather than guessing.

Can you hold a specification open across construction phases?
Yes. Tell us the project name and the series you approved and we file the sample reference against it, so a phase-two order is checked against the same physical sample rather than against a product code.
Do you supply mixed containers for a whole property?
That is the normal case for hospitality work — glass mosaic for the pool and spa, porcelain for terraces, ceramic for back-of-house, consolidated in Foshan and shipped together.
What slip information can you provide?
We pass on the surface description published for each item, such as non-slip, matt or gloss. For a formal slip-resistance test report, ask us before you specify and we will tell you what is available for that series.
