What To Check Before Your First Order From Foshan
Foshan supplies a large share of the world's mosaic and tile, and the difference between a smooth first order and an expensive one is almost entirely in the questions asked before the deposit.
Ask what is in stock and what is produced
A running series held in Foshan behaves completely differently from an item that needs a production slot. Ask which of your items are which, because that is what sets the real lead time on the critical path.
Get the sample before the specification is fixed
Approve a physical sample of the exact series and colour, and keep it. It is the only defence against batch drift on a repeat order — and repeat orders are where colour problems actually appear.
Understand what the MOQ applies to
Where our catalogue states an MOQ it is typically one pallet per item. The practical question for a mixed order is not the per-item MOQ but what consolidates into one container, so send the whole item list rather than asking item by item.
Agree the marking before packing
Cartons marked by series are standard here. If your site needs marking by phase or by area, agree it at order stage — relabelling a pallet after arrival is nobody's favourite afternoon.
Plan for the small items
Step trim, plant-room tile and the two square metres of splashback are what hold up handover. Put them on the same packing list as the headline finish.

Can I visit before ordering?
Yes. Our showroom at 1203 Taonan Road in Foshan is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:00. Tell us which series you want to see and we will have them laid out.
What if I only need a small quantity?
Send the list anyway. Small quantities of several series often consolidate into one workable order even when a single item on its own would not.
How do repeat orders get matched to the original?
Against the approved physical sample kept on file, not against the product code alone.
