Specifications written from images
A gloss ceramic reads warm on a screen and cool on a north-facing wall. We send physical samples of the exact series and colour, and photograph the showroom panel if you need to see a full lay-up.
Formats that do not fit the setting out
Chip size, sheet size and thickness decide whether a pattern lands cleanly at a corner. These are published on every product page so the setting-out can be tested on paper first.
Custom blends that never get made
Custom colour work is part of what LSDECO does — several series were developed in-house — but it needs to start at the sample stage, not after the contractor has been appointed.

Can you produce a custom colour blend?
Custom work is one of the six lines LSDECO publishes. Send the reference — a colour chip, a photograph or an existing blend — and we will tell you what is achievable in glass or in ceramic before you write it into a schedule.
What sample support do you give during design?
Physical samples of the series under consideration, plus photographs of the equivalent showroom panel. If you are travelling to Guangdong, the showroom is open Monday to Friday.
Do you publish thickness for every item?
We publish it where the original product specification stated it — for example 8 mm on several pool porcelain items and 20 mm on outdoor pavers. Where it was not stated we mark it to be confirmed and check with the factory rather than estimating.
