How We Work
Where does a new enquiry usually start?
With sampling. Almost everything else — custom blends, consolidation, a pool package — depends on a physical sample being approved first.
Do you charge for samples?
It depends on the series and the quantity of samples. Ask when you send the shortlist and we will tell you before anything ships.
How far ahead should a project contact you?
As early as the specification is being written. Custom blends and production-slot items are the two things that cannot be compressed later.
