One Packing List Instead of Three Part Loads
Splitting an order across factories is how a project ends up with the deck on site and the waterline still in production. Consolidation is the least glamorous thing we do and the one buyers notice most.
How It Actually Runs
Five stages, in the order they happen, with the decisions that belong at each one.
Item list
Send the series and quantities, including the small lines — the plant room tile and the step trim are what usually get forgotten.
Availability check
We confirm what is in stock in Foshan and what needs a production slot, so the critical-path items are visible before the booking.
Load plan
Items are grouped onto the load so that partial pallets of mosaic travel with bulkier pavers rather than wasting a slot.
Packing and marking
Cartons are marked by series so the site crew can find the waterline mosaic without unwrapping the whole pallet.
One shipment
The order leaves as a single consignment with one packing list against one reference.

Can pool mosaic and outdoor pavers ship together?
Yes, and it is the usual combination. Pavers at 20 mm are heavy, mosaic sheets are light and bulky, and the two load well together.
What if one item is not in stock?
We tell you before the booking, not after. You can then decide whether to hold the container, split the order, or substitute a series that is available.
Do you mark cartons by area or by series?
By series as standard. If you need marking by project area or by phase, say so at order stage and we will label to your scheme.
