Nobody Will Quote A Small Run
Award programmes and club orders rarely need thousands of pieces. Our minimum is 100 per design, so a real order does not have to be inflated to get a price.
The Artwork Is Not Production Ready
A logo drawn for a website often cannot be struck at badge size. We review the file first and send back a vector proof showing what will actually come out of the die.
The Reorder Does Not Match
Colour drifts when a new supplier re-mixes enamel. Keeping the die and the approved colour reference on file means batch two looks like batch one.
The Deadline Moves
Events do not wait. Samples run 3-5 days and production 10-15, and rush orders are accepted against an expedited fee when a date shifts.

What is your minimum order?
100 pieces per design. The same minimum applies across pins, coins, medals, keychains and patches.
How long will my order take?
Samples generally take 3-5 days. Mass production generally takes 10-15 days once you approve the sample. Rush orders are accepted against an expedited fee.
What artwork format do you need?
Adobe Illustrator files are best because the die is cut from vector outlines. JPG, PNG and PDF are accepted too, and we redraw them when the detail requires it.
Can I see a sample before the full run?
Yes. We can send samples we already hold in stock, or make a pre-production sample of your design before mass production starts.
How do you ship?
By FedEx, UPS or DHL, chosen to suit the destination and the deadline.
Can I change the design after production starts?
Sometimes. Depending on how far the run has gone it may be free or chargeable, because a die that has already been cut cannot be altered.
Where are you based?
Kunshan City in Jiangsu Province, about an hour and a half from Shanghai.
