Two ranges, one order, one container
Laundry drying is what the factory was built for. Hand tools come from our founder's four years as a partner inside the Huanyu tool business, and ship on the same terms from the same desk.
Rotary Airers
Outdoor rotary clothes dryers in powder-coated steel, galvanised steel and aluminium, from 25 m to 60 m of line.
Camping Dryers
Portable rotary dryers on tripod or square stands, 16 m to 20 m of line, for campsites, balconies and rented homes where nothing can be dug in.
Retractable Lines
Single-line, double-line, 4-line and 5-line retractable reels in ABS with UV-stable casings, 12 m to 26 m of line.
Clothes Airers & Racks
Folding airers in powder-coated steel with ABS, PP or PA66 fittings, 15 m to 22 m of line space.

What we solve
The four things that decide whether a laundry programme works
None of them is the product on its own.
The size ladder has gaps
A 45 m buyer will not take a 40 m airer. LYQ223 runs 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 m on one arm extrusion and one carton size, so the ladder closes without a second inspection standard.
The pack does not fit the channel
Store display, parcel despatch and printed retail box are three different jobs. Every laundry item here is costed in all three, with the carton measured and the container quantity printed.
The line goes slack after one season
Plasticised PVC creeps under load. Every airer in this range uses PVC line with a polyester yarn core, which is what carries the tension instead of the jacket.
Own label looks like everybody else
Fitting colours are a masterbatch change, tube colour is set at the powder coating line, and 48 different screwdriver handle mouldings are already tooled.

Our own pipe line, injection shop and oxidation workshop
The factory covers 10,000 m2 in Yuyao, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China with 100+ staff. It runs metal pipe production machines, injection machines and clothes line machines, plus an aluminium oxidation workshop.
That matters on a rotary airer because the arm section is what separates a 40 m product from a 60 m one. The sections across this range - L25 x W12, L25 x W15, L29 x W19, L30 x W28 and L36 x W30 mm - are extruded and finished in house, so a specification change is a scheduling decision rather than a chain of subcontractors.

What does Jungelife actually manufacture?

The hand tool range comes from our founder's years as a partner in the Huanyu tool business and is supplied on the same terms.
What is the lead time?
30-40 days for a specified order, quoted FOB Shanghai / Ningbo.
What certification do you hold?
BSCI with DBID number 355766 under Ningbo Beilewu Household Co., Ltd. Product certificates on record are TUV and SGS for clothes line, BV and SGS for rotary airers, and SGS for retractable line. Tell us the exact scope your market needs and we will confirm what current certificates cover.
Can you do private label?
Yes. Handle and fitting colours are a masterbatch change, tube colour is set at the powder coating line, and colour labels, colour boxes and mailboxes are all printed to your artwork.
How small can a first order be?

Do you sell the old LED and aluminium product lines?
The previous site listed LED Lights and Aluminium Products as categories but carried no products in either. They are not offered here. If you need aluminium tube or extrusions, ask - the plant runs its own pipe line.
