Colour label plus shrink wrapping
The store-display format. The product is visible, the label carries the brand and the barcode, and the carton is a plain brown outer. Airer cartons run four pieces at 109 cm for a 26 m three-arm up to 192 cm for the 60 m flagship.
Mailbox
A plain printed box sized so the pack clears a parcel network's length band. On the four-arm aluminium models this means a split centre pole and shorter arms, which is why the rotating diameter drops on the mailbox versions - LYQ215-40CBSA sits at 200 cm against 229 cm for the display version.
Colour box
Full-colour printed retail box, used where the shelf is a shelf rather than a floor stack. Same product, same carton count as the mailbox in most of the range.
Reading the container figures
Every specification table on this site ends with three numbers: pieces in a 20 ft, in a 40 ft, and in a 40 ft high cube. Those are the figures to plan a first order against.

How long does it take to set up?
Production lead time is 30-40 days. Artwork approval, colour matching and first-article approval sit in front of that and depend on how quickly proofs come back.
Is there a tooling charge?
Colour changes and print changes carry none. A new moulding or a handle logo insert does - tell us the annual quantity and we will quote it.
