Every table ends with three numbers
20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft high cube piece quantities are printed on every laundry specification sheet in this catalogue. They are the factory's own loading figures.
The spread is wide
A 60 m flagship rotary airer loads 824 pieces into a 20 ft. A peg bag loads 50 to a 32 x 20 x 19 cm carton. A single-line retractable reel reaches 32,256 pieces in a 40 ft in the mailbox pack.
Mixed loads are the normal case
Most first orders combine a rotary airer, an indoor airer, a retractable line and two or three accessories. Send us the line list and the quantities you want and we will return a loading plan rather than a list of cartons.
Hand tools load differently
Tool sets in blow-moulded cases run 5 to 10 sets per carton; the same tools in a canvas roll bag run 10 to 12 sets in a smaller carton. On a full container that difference is worth more than the case cost.

Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to set up?
Production lead time is 30-40 days. Artwork approval, colour matching and first-article approval sit in front of that and depend on how quickly proofs come back.
Is there a tooling charge?
Colour changes and print changes carry none. A new moulding or a handle logo insert does - tell us the annual quantity and we will quote it.
What do you need from us to start?
Vector artwork, a colour reference, the annual quantity, the destination market and the pack format.
