The planogram is fixed months before the season
Line lengths, pack formats and carton dimensions all have to be signed off before the shelf drawing goes out. Every one of those numbers is printed on the catalogue sheets on this site, so the specification can be locked without waiting for a sample.
A price ladder needs consistent product
LYQ201 covers 26, 30, 40 and 45 m in powder-coated and galvanised steel from one arm casting. LYQ223 covers 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 m in aluminium in one carton size. The ladder changes; the tooling does not.
Shelf-ready packs and parcel packs are different jobs
Every airer is quoted in three formats: colour label with shrink wrapping for store display, mailbox for parcel despatch, and printed colour box.

Can you support a seasonal programme?
Lead time is 30-40 days for a specified order. Specification, pack format and carton dimensions can all be locked from the tables on this site before a sample is cut.
Do you supply on an own-label basis?
Yes - colour labels, colour boxes, mailboxes and moulding colours are all open. See the private label page for what each one costs in lead time.
What certificates do you hold?
BSCI DBID 355766, plus TUV and SGS on clothes line, BV and SGS on rotary airers and SGS on retractable line. Send the exact scope your market requires and we will confirm what is currently in force.
