Product Overview

Vacuum Membrane Press For Mdf Kitchen Cabinet Doors

The MDF kitchen cabinet door version of the press, supplied with the worktable size your door range needs.

The vacuum membrane press covers PVC film onto the face of a routed panel: compound doors, cabinet fronts, furniture parts and speaker boxes. A heated membrane is pulled down over the panel under negative pressure, so the film follows deep grooves and 3D profiles instead of bridging over them. A full cycle runs 2-4 minutes per load, and the vacuum reaches -0.1 MPa with a plated working pressure of at least -0.095 MPa.

Key Benefits

What This Machine Changes On Your Floor

1

Double upper and lower heating keeps the panel face at an even temperature across 2300 x 1100 mm

2

PLC with LED touch screen stores the cycle, so the second shift repeats the first shift's settings

3

Double gas path with an enlarged storage tank gives uniform suction and stops film tearing

4

Double layer thermal insulation and full sealing cut the energy used per press cycle

5

Negative pressure of -0.1 MPa pulls film into deep grooves without bridging or bubbles

Who It Is For

Plants That Buy This Machine

  • Furniture workshops finishing 3D profiled panels and speaker cabinets
  • Contract finishers who need a repeatable cycle for mixed customer batches
  • Kitchen cabinet factories running routed MDF fronts in PVC or PET film
  • Interior door plants laminating compound door skins
Problems It Solves

What It Removes From Your Process

  • Membrane pressing is done on a rented press two towns away, so lead time is set by someone else
  • Operators cannot repeat yesterday's temperature setting, so batch colour and gloss drift
  • Hand-laminated door fronts lift at the groove edges after a few weeks in a humid warehouse
  • Film bubbles and white stress marks appear on deep-routed shaker profiles
Application Scenarios

Typical Jobs It Runs

Wardrobe and TV cabinet fronts with deep V grooves

Speaker box shells where the film wraps a curved edge

Shaker and raised-panel kitchen doors in PVC foil

Compound interior door leaves with moulded profiles

Technical Features

How It Is Built

  • Stainless steel heating elements heat evenly across the table
  • Special steel plate worktable resists high temperature and corrosion
  • High quality vacuum pump with German technology, compact and quiet in operation
  • Two frequency converters control automatic table entry and exit, speed, start and braking
  • Thermocouple temperature control with a top temperature of 180 C
  • Double layer thermal preservation with full sealing for heat retention

Quality Control

Checked Before It Leaves The Floor

  • Vacuum level checked against the -0.095 MPa plated pressure before the machine leaves the floor
  • Heating plate temperature mapped with thermocouples across the full table
  • Membrane and seal run tested through repeated cycles for leak tightness
  • Frequency converter travel, braking and emergency stop function verified
Customisation Options

Specified Per Order

  • Single, double or clamshell worktable configuration
  • Worktable size matched to your door size
  • Voltage and frequency set for your grid
  • Film handling and loading layout planned with your line
Comparison

How It Compares With The Alternatives

vs Hand lamination with contact adhesive

The press applies even pressure over the whole face, so groove edges do not lift and one operator can run the cycle

vs Flat hot press

A flat press cannot follow a routed profile. The membrane wraps the groove walls and edge profile in the same cycle

vs Outsourced membrane pressing

Bringing the press in house removes freight between shops and lets you finish a door order in the same week

Use Guide

Setting The Machine Up For A Run

Sand and dedust the routed panel so no chips sit under the film

Set the plate temperature for the film grade you run and let the table stabilise

Load panels with the spacing your film width allows and close the membrane frame

Run the vacuum cycle, typically 2-4 minutes per piece, and unload when pressure releases

Trim the overhang and check groove corners before the panels go to packing

Questions About This Machine

Is this model set up for MDF kitchen cabinet doors?

Yes. The MDF kitchen cabinet door version of the press, supplied with the worktable size your door range needs. Every machine is built to order, so the configuration is confirmed against your own panel size and coating system before production.

What film thickness can the press handle?

PVC film from 0.10 mm to 0.60 mm. The plated setting normally runs at 0.1-0.45 mm.

How long is one press cycle?

2 to 4 minutes per piece depending on film grade, panel thickness and plate temperature.

What is the maximum panel height?

Max processing height is 80 mm.

Do you supply the machine with a single or double worktable?

Both. A double worktable lets one table load while the other presses. A clamshell version with one removable table is also available.

What power supply does it need?

380 V, 50 Hz, three phase. Total power is 20 kW with around 5 kW consumed in normal running.

Is installation included?

The machine is almost fully assembled before loading, and video guidance plus an English manual are free. An engineer can travel to your site if you cover travel, visa, insurance, hotel and USD 200 per day labour.
