Worktable Configuration Decides Your Output
A single worktable press runs one load at a time, with a worktable size of 2300 by 1100 mm. A double worktable lets one table load while the other presses, which roughly doubles what a single operator can put through in a shift, because the 2 to 4 minute cycle is dead time on a single table machine. An automatic clamshell version with one removable worktable sits between the two and works semi-automatically.
The Numbers That Matter
Plated working pressure is a negative pressure of at least -0.095 MPa and maximum vacuum press is -0.1 MPa. That is what pulls film into a deep groove instead of bridging it. Maximum processing height is 80 mm. Top temperature is 180 C with thermocouple control and double upper and lower heating. Total power is 20 kW with about 5 kW consumed in normal running, on a 380 V 50 Hz three phase supply.
Film Thickness
PVC film from 0.10 to 0.60 mm is in range, with the plated setting normally running 0.1 to 0.45 mm. Film grade changes the cycle: a thicker film needs more heat and more time, which is why the PLC with LED touch screen matters. It stores the cycle so the second shift repeats the first shift's settings instead of guessing.
What To Check Before You Order
Measure your largest door front against the worktable, not against the machine footprint. Confirm your compressed air and electrical supply. And decide honestly whether you will run one film grade or five, because a plant running mixed film benefits far more from stored recipes than a plant pressing the same white foil every day.
