The IR heating leveller build, placed between the coater and the UV lamps.
An IR heating leveller heats the wet paint film within a short distance of the coater, so the film flows level and the bubbles and unevenness left by coating disappear before cure. An axial flow fan keeps internal air moving and temperature uniform. Working widths are 600, 1000 and 1300 mm on a 6120 mm long tunnel.
