The 1000 mm UV varnish configuration.
A curtain coater passes the panel through a falling sheet of paint, so nothing touches the surface and there are no roller marks to sand out. Film thickness can be taken down to 0.05 mm, feed runs up to 80 m per minute, and the circulation system recycles the paint that does not land on the panel. Coating widths are 600, 1000 and 1300 mm.
