What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent. That is the point of the stage.
Material Selection
The problem. Materials are often chosen for the rendering, not for the load, the store environment or the freight cost.
How we handle it. We select between wood, metal, acrylic and cardboard against structural integrity, the target budget and the required production timing, and say plainly where a substitution saves money without changing the look.
Wood Fabrication
The problem. Wooden fixtures that look right in the workshop split or rack once they are loaded and moved.
How we handle it. Wood components are CNC cut for repeatable joints, with laser cutting for the fine detail and engraving that a router cannot hold.
Metal Fabrication
The problem. Bolted metal frames loosen with handling, and mixed metals are often treated as impossible to join.
How we handle it. Welded joints carry high strength, sometimes more than the parent metal, give a completely rigid joint, and allow different materials to be joined. Existing structures can also be modified or extended.
Laser and CNC Cutting
The problem. Repeat orders drift out of spec when each batch is cut by hand.
How we handle it. Laser cutting gives precision, repeatability and contactless cutting across materials, so the second production run matches the first.
Assembly Planning
The problem. A fixture that needs a technician to build it will sit in a store's back room instead of on the floor.
How we handle it. Assembly is planned as part of the design, so the unit goes together with the tools and time a store team actually has.

Can one fixture combine wood metal acrylic and cardboard?
Yes, and this is the main reason customers consolidate with us. All four are fabricated in the same facility, so fit is checked on the real parts rather than on drawings.
Is welding stronger than bolting?
For a fixture that gets handled, yes. A welded joint has high strength, sometimes more than the parent metal, and is completely rigid. Bolted joints are used where flat-pack freight matters more.
Can you modify a fixture design we already have in production?
Yes. Addition to and modification of existing welded structures is straightforward, which is often cheaper than retooling from scratch.
How tight are your cut tolerances?
CNC and laser cutting give repeatable, precise parts across runs. For a figure against a specific drawing, send the drawing and we will confirm what we can hold.
Do you make cardboard displays as well?
Yes. Cardboard is one of the materials we work in, on its own or combined with wood and metal in the same fixture.
