Pain Points

What This Sector Runs Into

  • Garment racks from standard suppliers are too tall or too narrow for a store’s floor plan, leaving gaps or blocking walkways
  • Racks with weak joints or thin metal frames collapse under the weight of multiple garments or during store moves
  • Brands cannot afford the tooling costs for custom racks when ordering from large POS suppliers
  • Mixing wood, metal and printed panels from multiple factories leads to mismatched finishes and delayed delivery
Requirements

What the Fixture Has to Do

  • Racks designed to fit within a store’s specific floor layout and ceiling height
  • Structural strength in metal frames and joinery that supports full garment loads without sagging
  • Custom shapes and finishes that match the brand’s visual identity, including UV-printed logos on wood or metal
  • One supplier for wood, metal, acrylic and printed components to avoid coordination delays
Scenarios

Where These Fixtures End Up

  • Freestanding garment rack with a branded back panel in a boutique’s main aisle
  • Modular display stand for seasonal apparel lines in a department store’s end cap
  • Wall-mounted rail system with integrated lighting for high-end fashion in a flagship store
  • Floor-standing display with a transparent acrylic front for handbag and accessory presentation
