What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent. That is the point of the stage.
Powder Coating
The problem. Wet-painted metal chips at the edges, and the corrosion starts exactly there.
How we handle it. Powder coating lays an even film across the whole frame including the cut edges, which is what keeps a metal fixture looking new on a busy floor.
Robot Spray Finishing
The problem. Hand-brushed or rollered finishes show texture and vary between units in the same batch.
How we handle it. Painting with a robot sprayer instead of a brush or roller is much faster, covers large areas quickly, and gives a smoother, fresher finish that is consistent unit to unit.
Four-Colour UV Printing
The problem. Printed brand panels fade or peel, and the fixture ends up advertising a washed-out logo.
How we handle it. Four-colour UV imprinting is applied to the surface of wooden, metal and PVC displays and lasts over 3 years, in CMYK or a matched Pantone.
Finish Matching
The problem. A new fixture that does not match the existing store fit-out reads as an afterthought.
How we handle it. Send a photo or a physical sample and the finish is matched at sampling stage, before production is released.

How long does the printed branding last?
