What should I include in a first email?
The drawing or a reference photo, the quantity, the finish or colour, the destination market and your deadline. With those five things we can usually quote without a second round of questions.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 18:00 GMT+8.
Can I send a CAD file?
Yes, by email. We work in SolidWorks CAD and DXF, and can read most common formats.
Do you accept small trial orders?
It depends on the item. Tap handles run from 100 units and most fixtures from 200 pieces, but tell us what you need and we will be straight with you about whether it is workable.
Which languages do you work in?
All project correspondence, drawings and documentation are handled in English.
