What is the minimum order for tap handles?
Tap handles run from 100 units, and the unit price falls as volume rises.
Can you carve a handle in our own shape?
Yes. Handles are routed, laser cut and engraved in our own facility, so a custom silhouette is normal rather than an extra.
How long does a sample take?
7 to 20 days depending on detail. Samples ship by EMS, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Can you supply handles, chalkboards and floor displays together?
Yes. Wood, metal, acrylic and cardboard are all fabricated in the same facility, so a mixed programme ships as one order.
What payment terms do you work on?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against copy of documents, or L/C at sight.
Do you print in Pantone?
Yes. Four-colour UV printing in CMYK or a matched Pantone, applied to wood, metal and PVC surfaces.
How long does production take?
Production starts after the deposit clears and takes about 25 to 45 days.
