Can you cut the board to our own shape?
Yes. The silhouette is cut to your artwork on CNC and laser equipment, so the board can follow a bottle, a logo outline or a custom crest.
How is our logo applied?
By four-colour UV printing in CMYK or a matched Pantone. Printed surfaces on wood, metal and PVC hold their colour for over 3 years.
What is the production lead time?
About 25 to 45 days after we receive the 30% deposit or an L/C at sight. Samples take 7 to 20 days.
How are chalkboards packed for export?
One piece per carton in export standard double corrugated board, or to your own packing spec. Loading port is Shanghai.
Do you make single-sided boards as well?
Yes. Single-sided panel boards and double-sided folding A-frames are both in production, and the frame style is chosen with you at design stage.
Can you match a finish we already use in store?
Yes. Send a photo or a physical sample and the finish is matched at sampling stage before production is released.
