A display that arrives with a cracked corner is a total loss: it cannot go on a shop floor and it cannot be repaired locally. Packing and freight are treated here as part of the product, not as an afterthought at the end of production.

What Happens at Each Step
Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent. That is the point of the stage.
Export Packing
The problem. Fixtures packed for domestic transport do not survive an ocean container and multiple handling points.
How we handle it. Standard packing is one piece per export standard double corrugated carton, or to your own specification where a retailer requires it.
Palletising
The problem. Loose cartons get rejected at the receiving dock or damaged in the last mile.
How we handle it. Final palletising is handled with the destination brand's and retailer's requirements in mind, so the shipment can be received as presented.
Consolidation
The problem. Ordering a mixed programme from several factories means several shipments and several freight bills.
How we handle it. Because wood, metal, acrylic and cardboard are all made here, a mixed programme consolidates into one container from one origin.
Booking and Customs
The problem. Documentation errors hold containers at origin and cost more than the freight saving that caused them.
How we handle it. Our own team handles booking, customs application and loading. We are close to Shanghai port, the largest in China, and work with forwarder partners at both origin and destination.
Incoterms
The problem. FOB pricing hides the landed cost, and buyers discover the real number after the fact.
How we handle it. We quote and run FOB, CIF and DDP, so you can compare the landed cost before committing.

Which shipping terms do you work on?
FOB, CIF and DDP. We have forwarder partners both locally and at destination.
Which port do you ship from?
Shanghai. Our facility is close to it, which shortens inland transit and the risk that goes with it.
How are displays packed?
One piece per carton in export standard double corrugated board as standard, or customised to your packing specification.
Can you ship by air or express?
Yes. Sea, air and express delivery are all available. Samples normally go by EMS, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
Can several product types ship in one container?
Yes. Everything is made in the same facility, so a mixed order consolidates into one shipment.
