From Brief to Loaded Container in Four Stages
Creative Design
POS industry designers work up the concept with 3ds Max visualisation and artwork to your specification, with cost-consciousness built into the first round.
Prototyping and Engineering
Engineers draw the CAD and DXF files in SolidWorks and sit in the same facility as the production team, so structural decisions are made quickly.
Manufacturing
CNC metal, acrylic and print fabrication with laser cutting, welding, powder coating, robot spray finishing and four-colour UV printing, then packing and palletising.
Shipping
Export documentation, customs and loading handled in-house from Shanghai on FOB, CIF or DDP terms with forwarder partners at origin and destination.

Do you work from our drawings or do you design the display?
Both. We take a finished design and engineer it for production, or work up the concept from a brief using our own POS designers and 3ds Max visualisation.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Chalkboards and wooden floor displays typically run from 200 pieces and tap handles from 100 units. Tell us the item and we will confirm.
How long does a sample take?
7 to 20 days depending on the detail of the fixture. The sample charge is set from the product detail and samples ship by EMS, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
What is the production lead time?
About 25 to 45 days after we receive the 30% deposit or an L/C at sight.
What payment and shipping terms do you work on?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against copy of documents, or L/C at sight. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP from Shanghai.
Can you combine wood metal acrylic and cardboard in one fixture?
Yes. All four are fabricated in the same facility, which is the main reason mixed-material programmes ship from us as a single order.
How durable is the printed branding?
Four-colour UV imprinted logos on wooden, metal and PVC display surfaces last over 3 years.
Do you handle export packing and freight?
Yes. Export packing is one piece per double corrugated carton or to your spec, and our team books, clears and loads from Shanghai.
