Huayan operates from a 5,000 square metre production facility in Binhai New Area, Tianjin, and exports directly to overseas TCM hospitals, clinics and pharmacies in more than 30 countries. Buyers can purchase direct from the factory or partner through established local distributors.

Payment terms are settled by T/T. Once payment is received, equipment dispatch is generally completed in about 6 days, depending on the specific machine model, optional features and total unit quantity ordered.

Wear parts are packed directly inside the primary shipping crate. If you order composite decoction and packing machines, you can include herb liquid packing film rolls and non-woven herb extraction bags within the same shipment to consolidate ocean or air freight costs.

For multi-unit hospital or regional health centre installations, Huayan provides on-site installation and operator training. Technical teams from buyers with an established business relationship can also complete equipment service training directly at our Tianjin factory.

Manage Replacement Parts and Post-Warranty Support

Huayan provides a one-year free warranty starting from the date of qualified commissioning. If any part develops a manufacturing or operational fault within that initial year, replacement components are supplied free of charge.

Once the one-year warranty period concludes, replacement parts are supplied at cost price to keep operating costs predictable over the equipment lifecycle. The buyer only covers the standard shipping and freight charges for delivery to their clinic.
